How are custom Stratimage® HPL table tops made?
Your table top is manufactured directly in our factory. Your design or artwork is integrated into layers of kraft paper, which are pressed together under very high pressure to create a strong, hard-wearing HPL surface.
Its excellent durability makes Stratimage® particularly suitable for café, hotel and restaurant tables, as well as other high-traffic professional spaces.
Simply send us a print-ready file containing your design, and we will manufacture your custom-made HPL table top.

High resistance
Custom-made HPL table tops offer outstanding durability and excellent resistance to scratches, shocks, impact, abrasion, chemicals and heat.
These properties make HPL a preferred material not only for table tops, but also for furniture, partitions and doors exposed to intensive use and frequent impact.
Easy to maintain
Thanks to their extremely compact, non-porous surface, HPL table tops are hygienic and easy to clean. For everyday care, simply use a damp cloth with a small amount of washing-up liquid, then wipe the surface dry with a clean cloth.
Do not use scouring powders or abrasive sponges. With proper care, your custom Stratimage® HPL table top will retain its attractive appearance for years.
Resistant to fire and burns
Heat- and fire-resistant HPL table tops
Our Stratimage® HPL table tops are designed to provide excellent resistance to heat and surface burns. As standard, they achieve an M2 fire rating, making them particularly suitable for cafés, hotels, restaurants and other professional environments.
Even when briefly exposed to a flame, the compact HPL surface offers excellent resistance to burn marks. Stratimage® guarantees a durable, high-quality custom HPL table top designed for intensive use.
Anti-graffiti
Anti-graffiti HPL table tops for restaurants and bars
Restaurant, café and bar tables are frequently marked by pens, pencils, felt-tip pens, grease or oil. Stratimage® custom-made HPL table tops feature a smooth, hard-wearing anti-graffiti surface that is easy to clean.
Most marks can be removed using a suitable cleaning product or acetone. Afterwards, wipe the surface with a clean, damp cloth and dry it thoroughly to restore its original appearance.

Stratimage® offers complete freedom to create custom HPL table tops in almost any shape or size. You choose the design, dimensions and shape, and we manufacture the table top to your specifications.
The maximum size for a single panel is 2,720 × 1,220 mm. For larger table tops, two or more panels can be joined together. Round HPL table tops are available with a maximum diameter of 1,220 mm.
Whether you need a round, square, rectangular or completely bespoke table top, we can cut the Stratimage® panel to your desired shape.

0,8 mm HPL Sheet
0.8 mm thick HPL sheet, designed to be bonded by your carpenter to a suitable substrate, such as a particleboard panel.
The 0.8mm sheets are only sold in full sheet size of 1220 x 2720mm.
Surface Finish
The surface finish is mat or glossy by default.
We can also produce a textured or grained finish on request.
